1. Where are the training courses held?

Public courses will be held at either our premises or at a Cliftons training facility.

Exact course locations will be communicated in your course confirmation. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need confirmation of individual course locations prior to booking. We can also provide onsite training, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

2. What time does class start?

Most courses run from 9am to approximately 5pm. The ISTQB courses commence at 8.30am. Please be at the training facility at least five minutes prior to the start of the course.

3. Is lunch provided?

Yes, a lunch will be provided.

4. Do I need to bring anything for the class?

No, all course materials will be provided.

5. Can I purchase the student guides?

No. Student guides are available to course students and are not for individual sale.

6. What will be covered in the course?

Please see the relevant course outline for a full description of what is covered in each course. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

7. Will I be certified after this course?

If you are attending the ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing course you will be certified upon passing your exam.
You will receive a HP certificate upon completion of any of our HP software courses. If you are interested in gaining HP Software/Mercury certification, we suggest at least six months commercial experience with the chosen product before sitting the exam. For more information please refer to the HP Certification Program.

8. If the course is cancelled, when will I be notified?

If a course will not run for any reason our policy is to notify students at least one week prior to commencement. In the event that happens, you will receive a credit towards a future course date.

9. Can you conduct the training at my company?

Revolution IT offers onsite training. To discuss your requirements please contact us.
