Formed in February 2004, the company vision for Revolution IT was born in London when Hamish Leighton, Jamie Duffield and Michael Quill met whilst working in the testing field in various London companies.
They recognised that the Australian testing industry was less mature at the time, which presented an opportunity. The idea to set up an Australian specialist software testing company became a reality upon their return to Australia.
Starting out in a small spare room for an office, the company has since grown to employ more than 230 employees and has offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Tasmania and Singapore.
The solid partnership between the three directors is instrumental in building a successful business with strong leadership and a clear vision. Revolution IT is an employer of choice and has also grown through strategic acquisitions.
