Hamish Leighton is a founding partner of Revolution IT and currently oversees each of the company’s service lines along with the organisation’s finance and marketing teams.

Prior to starting Revolution IT, Hamish worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Management Consultant and spent time in the UK working as a Test Manager and Project Manager.
Hamish is proud of building an organisation where staff turnover is extremely low due to focussing not just on profitability but also on the careers and wellbeing of everyone involved in the company. Hamish was recently a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards.
